Excellent staff. Friendly & helpful. Clean & tidy room & public areas. Excellent buffet style breakfast. Dining options could be more varied. Parking can be difficult when event held in hotel. No heating controls in room for temperature adjust (apart from room windows).

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, nice powerful shower, great breakfast and helpful staff. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked good.

I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. Great, central location in Ireland. Could drive to Galway, Clanmacnoise, Rock of Cashel, Burren, Dublin area easily and be back. All within two hours, some even 20 minutes.
