"Unfortunately the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. There was hair all over the floor and in the bed.Even dog food on the bed. That’s not something any guest should walk into. This was one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve stayed in,Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here unless cleanliness improves."

"Picture were true to form and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Easy access to the property with great communication via the Landry app. If you are not comfortable with keyless entry via Mobile phone, you may struggle. Only things I wanted to call our were; 1) Bed linen was not washed as there were hairs in the bed. Luckily, there was a full washer/ dryer so we were able to was them. 2) TV remote control was missing batteries and there was not any available to replace the ones that was not working. 3) location was an up and coming new development and not alot of places in the area to eat with the exception of just a few fast food restaurants (Starbucks, Taco Bell, Whataburger, Panda Express). The major interstate was I30 and it’s was always congested (day/night) which made it really an inconvenience to go anywhere. At night the interstate is super dark as there were no lights on the freeway. Overall, we loved to feeling of having a home away from home. "

"Staff support lacking.Issue wirh cleanliness of room. Heat not working, was given a space heater that did not work. Then given another space heater instead of offering or providing a room change. There was suppose to be breakfast available wirh price. Not so. If homeless and seeking a roof over your head with no other options this hotel may be ok. If hoping for a clean, heated room with an edible breakfast this would not be. Also no response from Customer Support "
