"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is quite old and it took three tries to get me a room with air conditioning that worked. Some outlets don't work and bedside lights didn't have lightbulbs in them. The odd numbered rooms face the dining area so you'll want to keep your windows closed and that just means no natural light"

"Paid overnight parking is a little inconvenient given the already high price and tax for the room. There is also no way to connect to the tv with a streaming device which was unfortunate."

"I asked for two beds. One was a pull out couch that had a terrible mattress. Hot water didn’t last longer than 10 minutes. Quiet safe area next to the airport but not as advertised regarding beds and amenities."

"Parking had so much pigeon droppings, the guy at front desk was unhinged and unprofessional. Was on his phone throughout the checkin process. Hire ppl who can behave professionally and have the basic manners of focusing on the guest first instead of talking to their family on speaker while they work. "
