"We loved our stay at the hotel. It was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will for sure stay here again."

"This is not a hotel by normal standards, it's college housing and you would be staying in a collegiate housing where students have been. It's completely irrational to me that Expedia even had this on the line up. The pictures do not really disclose that you would be sleeping pressed against the wall like a student dorm. I am calling Expedia to get a refund since I didn't stay, I refused to be taken advantage of. I am also calling my credit card to report as fraudulent listing."

"Perfectly located at Yamaguchi park. Nice rooms everything worked well and easy access"
