Great Hotel for a Family stay with Local Feel

We wanted somewhere that felt local and authentic, away from all the tourists, for a few nights. We had a family of four in a single spacious room and spent a lot of time by the pool, walking around in the parks, and exploring downtown.

Great place to dtay

First time at this hotel. Very good value Free parking under the hotel. The staff were excellent.its location is perfect for access and walking. Mercadoma very close.The pool excellent towels v good and the breakfast extremely good. Will stay again

Good option in Ciudad Real

Check in fast, but very slow checkout. There's a swimming pool, but it's boring. Ancient looking room. Parking is free, but there's no light inside the garage. Good location.

Hotel antiguo que solo “le han lavado la cara “

Personal de recepción grosero e intratable . Se solicitó una cancelación cuatro días antes de salida y cobraron el importe total sin importar el argumento legal de la cancelación , pero eso es lo de menos , lo importante es la soberbia con la que la empleada de recepción trata al cliente. Habitación antigua y con polvo en las esquinas , colchón que crujía junto al cabecero al mínimo movimiento , asiento de la taza del wc roto y que se desliza al sentarse . Para no volver .
