"This was the strangest hotel stop so far on a 6 week road trip. Check in was simple, but when I got to the room, heard the TV on loud from the hall. Opened the door to find the bed top cover all ruffled. Called the front desk, was told “sometimes the maid turns on the TV while cleaning and maybe she sat on the bed to watch TV”. Then I asked about ice and was informed the ice machine was broken. At bedtime, discovered the bed had been made without using a top sheet. Is this a health violation? Finally the person that made up the room never replaced the cups, so they had a coffee machine but no cups. Notified the desk at check out, was told that she’d make a note of it. They should train their employees to at least act like they care. Maybe write the complaints down, even if they throw out the paper as soon as the customer leaves. breakfast options were pathetic as mostly empty. Out of yogurt, out of coffee and making more takes 15 minutes. First and last visit to this brand of Best Western hotels."

"Everything about the room was great. Only complaint is a house near the property has dogs and apparently the dog owner has no problem leaving them out at night and letting them bark. We ended up calling the Ouray County Sheriff to come and mitigate this after 45 minutes of barking that started at 2:30 a.m."
