"It is a 4-apart. building with shared access. We stayed at one of two on the top floor. Pros: 1. The view is truly beautiful, the first line of the seafront. You can sit there and watch sunsets every day. 2. The communication with the owner was fast and smooth. He was very attentive to all our requests, and they were fulfilled the same day. Cons: 1. "Sehr zentral gelegen – darin sehe ich den grössten Vorteil dieser Unterkunft. Die Umgebung beziehungsweise das Gebäude selbst wirken allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die saubere Toilette und Dusche sowie die Betten, Decken und die allgemeine Grundausstattung. Weniger angenehm waren der etwas strenge Geruch im Zimmer, der sehr laute Kühlschrank sowie die ausgeprägte Ringhörigkeit.
