The website says bike hire on site but actually they do not have bikes on site - you'd have to book via a different company who deliver the bikes etc... not straight-forward. We went in early June so I could understand the pool not being open but the bar area around the pool and bar were either closed to residents or only accessible by private parties which was disappointing because we had chosen this particular hotel because of its rooftop amenities."
