Buffet breakfast is only continental - eggs are not available."

"Location was great and easy to find. You're in the city centre and everything is walking distance. A/C was important to us and they had it in the bedroom and living room. The bed was super uncomfortable and would sink during the night which would be our only complaint. I think if the mattress was changed it would be 5 stars. We had a problem with the shower head, but they replaced it the day after and it was a great improvement not only for us but everyone booking after. Communication over...

Room was a little “quirky”, especially the shower behind the bed, not in the bathroom! Noticed that boutique hotels often have eccentricities😀. Everything very clean."

"Booked VIP suite solely for the private sauna. It can only be operated via touchscreen mounted on the wall, which was not working properly. On a 3 day stay, maintenance and hotel staff members were in our room for two of those days trying to repair it, but ultimately were unsuccessful. We never used the sauna. Aside from that, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the property is very clean and beautiful. Without the sauna issue, I would definitely rate it 5 stars."

"This is not a hotel. It is a group of rooms, each with an ensuite, that share a common lobby. They have provided everything you need. It's impeccably clean and has a ton of charm. A little tattered walls/paint but not a big deal. Wonderful staff! You have to take the stairs up and then take the lift. Once you leave the lift, you have to go down a flight of stairs again. The owner did provide very detailed instructions for the entire stay, including all of the process of care for the room and shared space. While it’s necessary, it was a bit overwhelming.
