"Nos encantó que nos recibieran con una bebida refrescante el dia que llegamos, fue un gran detalle. El reataurante muy bueno. El personal siempre atento y amable, nos resolvieron sin costo extra el traslado al aeropuwrto a pesar de que la aerolínea nos cambió la hora del vuelo. Lo mejor de todo el personal, gracias a todo el equipo de este hotel."

"After the el mirador trek I stayed at hotel Santana and it was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent staff and the room was clean and beautiful with a great view. The restaurant below was very good also. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very nice. "

"The room is clean and comfortable. It has restaurants and grocery around the building. The host send me the passwords of the doors in the same day of my arrival. My only comment is they can add some label or sign on the door so that I can easily identify which door to open. They have 4 front doors on the street. 1 more item that I want to mention is that google map put the hotel's location across the street. "

"This is a hidden gem in Flores. If you want enjoy Flores but are worried about the noise - there are plenty of loud bars and dogs there - this is the perfect spot. It is a private island with one hotel consisting of four rooms, each its own cabin. The five minute boat ride to and from town is provided free by Gustavo anytime you ask. Your deck is 10 feet off the shore line. I am going back!"
