1/5 – Poor customer service Very disappointing experience. There was basically no traditional front desk—you’re expected to check in and check out using machines. When we did interact with hotel employees, they were rude and seemed uninterested in helping, almost like there were too many guests for them to care. We also had a rude experience with a pool employee. For such a large hotel, I expected much better customer service.

They nickel and dime you at check-in. They had my room available, but as I arrived at 1 PM and they wouldn’t let me into my room without paying a $50 surcharge.
