Chua Khi Temple

My stay here in 2026 was alright. The pool located on the beach was taken away, as that was the main attraction of this hotel when I stayed here in 2024. For a $400/night stay here for the 2 bedroom suite, we called for 4 bottles of water (less than $1 market price) and was told it would cost $10 to bring it to our room. Breakfast is mediocre. Staff was a mixed bag. View is nice. Paid pretty much for the view.

Truly like property and staff. BUT Laundry of our clothes did not all smell clean & fresh.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Saigon! I recently completed an incredible 5-night stay at the Grand du Lac Hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything about our experience was absolutely flawless. The Property & Location The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably well-kept, and spotlessly clean throughout our entire stay. You can tell they take immense pride in maintaining the property. The location is also hard to beat. It is incredibly central, situated right next to Ben Thanh Market and within walking distance to all the major hot spots, restaurants, and cafes in District 1. It made navigating the city effortless. Special Thanks to Katie Ng & Kelly A massive, heartfelt thank you to Katie Ng and Kelly. They both truly defined what hospitality should be. They went completely out of their way to ensure our stay was seamless. At one point, I needed to pack up some fragile items to bring back home on my flight, and they were kind enough to step in and assist me. They took the time to package everything carefully and securely so nothing would damage. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care and kindness. Verdict Grand du Lac made our trip to Ho Chi Minh City unforgettable. Between the central location, the beautiful rooms, and the outstanding team, I would definitely return in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a perfect stay in Saigon, look no further!
