"The place looked like a homeless encampment. Every single piece of furniture was torn and dirty. Carpet had more stains than clean carpet. Roaches. Smelled like drugs, mold, cigarettes and cheap alcohol combined. And don’t forget people literally tweaking outside your door. Stayed for 5 minutes and walked out. Never again."
