"Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly. I stayed here one night to visit the near by Cotswold villages, like Castle Combe, which was only half an hour away. If the windows could be upgraded and...

"The room was very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was very nice. We used the pool and jacuzzi which we found to be well maintained and as we would have wanted. The food was very good both at breakfast and dinner although the service at breakfast was disappointing as our coffee was forgotten. All in all a very pleasant stay (our two sons were playing in the PGA golf competition) and the course was beautiful."

"The hotel is very clean and ideally located, with shops nearby and an adventure centre with cinema and other entertainment facilities just across the road. "Stayed here as a family with two kids. Included in the booking was an infant, but there was no travel cot, The sofa bed was really quite uncomfortable. We were able to have a hot shower in the evening, but there was no hot water in the morning. The plug on the bath was broken. The restaurant was unclean, there was food on the floor from the night before when coming down for breakfast.
