"The receptionist was very friendly and helpful on check in. We chose the hotel due to its location and they accept dogs. The charge was a reasonable €16.50 for our dog and there was a dog bed, 2 bowls and a treat in our room. The bed was comfortable and there was a kettle and coffee machine in the room. This is a boutique hotel so no bar as such but it has a cafe on the ground floor with outdoor seating (it is in a pedestrian area) and you can buy drinks and take them up to the rooftop terrace. We stayed in the room at the top which also has some outdoor space. As others have mentioned the room and bathroom could do with being updated but we felt it offered good value for money. Parking Canajelas is 5 minutes away and was €25 overnight."
"The property was beautiful! Has all the Amenities: Restaurant, Bar, Pool which also came with some local visitors by way of COCKROACHES!!! Needless to say I had a front row seat to the maintenance man performing a Flamenco style Stomp the Roach in my room!! Long story short I slept with the lights on and luggage zipped tight!! Had to wait till the morning to switch rooms, After that it was it was all Sunsets and beautiful views"
"Absolutely wonderful 2 night stay….staff amazing from reception to both restaurants.
Great location and gorgeous sea views and adjacent to beautiful gardens with waterfall and topiary’s.
At breakfast if you are a tea drinker place the order with a member of staff who has the trolley as there is no self serve tea making facilities.
The food offerings were excellent for gluten free and had an omelette station too.

"Breakfast was wonderful. Full hot and cold options. Great fruit juices. Staff was very helpful in suggesting restaurants nearby. Huge beach across the street with many places to eat and drink along your wasl."
"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Alicia was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much. Excellent location, only a 3-minute walk to the beach. No parking onsite which is typical in Spain, but there is a public lot which was about a 20-minute walk and €14 per day. Several nearby dining options and a few small stores to buy snacks. It was about a 30-minute walk to the cathedral but lots to see along the way. Solo traveler and would highly recommend. "
"A beautiful and unusual hotel, very large, you can get lost in the corridors! Staff were friendly. The bar is only open in the evenings and only breakfast is available which is a shame as we would have loved to have eaten dinner there. Underground parking is available at 10€ a day. There are a few lovely restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes walk. Rooms are clean and comfortable if a touch basic but if it is simply somewhere to lay your head, perfect."
