"Was here for one night with family of 5. Two modest bedrooms and sleep sofas. Great location just behind the Rialto Bridge. Several flights of stairs, but we knew that. Rooms are clean and recommend. Not 5 star but great stay. "

"We loved our 3N stay at Residenza Ducato. The location is impeccable, only ~4 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge on a quiet street in San Marco, and ~20 minutes to most of the places we visited in Venice. The hotel has its own private courtyard and entrance, and security is high tech. It must have been recently renovated because the interior is modern and very well appointed. "We have a great room complete with kitchen on the upper floor. This place would be great with family as the sofa can be converted into a twin bed. The manager was super guy. Help us carrying the bag up the stair, no lifts at the residence. Hotel does not provide breakfast, but for €5 you can have a nice one next door. The location was perfect for us as we can walk to the train and to all the places in Venezia. Overall tis is a great place to stay."

"Die Anlage ist top gepflegt, auch ist immer jemand erreichbar, wenn man etwas brauchen sollte. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und fleißig. Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sei es der dazugehörige Strand oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants. Der Ort selber ist ziemlich ruhig, die Atmosphäre drumrum sehr familiär und gemütlich. Es war ein sehr entspannter Kurzurlaub mit Familie und Hund. "Was uns nicht gefallen hat das die erste Tage nicht in die versprochen Zimmer die auf Schwimmbad zu sehen direkt bekommen haben, und das war eine versprechen von Expedia und nicht von Isaresidence. Von Isaresidence waren sehr nett und haben uns die gewünschte Zimmer zu Verfügung gestellt, das Service war toll sicher und ruhig."
