"Toilet seat was very loose Sofa was facing the bed and TV was on side wall couldn’t view from bed and had to move sofa to watch. No tv guide for channels. Rebuilding rooms snd blame was on construction crew and Xfinity. Room wasn’t cleaned, trash not picked up no clean towels. We were told the next day you have to request a clean room, and towels a day in advance. We weren’t told till the next day. Not a Hilton standard of hotel."

"Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go."

"This is such a beautiful boutique-type hotel in a well appointed building that used to be a luxury department store. Lots of cool design elements and high ceilings in bedrooms. Bed/room/bathroom all very comfortable. Hotel could use some updates and maintenance in areas. Amazing rooftop bar. I will definitely stay again!"
