I reserved for the night based on this rating. I would not rate it any higher than 6 or 7 out of 10. At check the lady barely acknowledged we were there.
I don't think she said 10 words.
I feel we were interrupting her movie. As we walked through the breakfast area I noticed creamer packets (2 or 3) on the floor
Second, there was no working ice maker. Third, one of the lights on the wall did not have a light bulb. When I asked for one at the desk she said, " Are you really going to need that light?".
Next there was a vent in the bathroom that was held together with duct tape. Very poor.
Lastly, we put some things in the refrigerator and this morning they were warm. The refrigerator was not working.
This is most definitely a 9/10 establishment.
We travel through this area 2-4 times a year and will not stay here again."
