"This was a comfortable hotel with nice amenities- water, free drinks and discount meals for each night. It is at a convenient location with easy access to buses and trains and the Magnificent Mile. It is nice on the rooftop to have some drinks and some food. The location is so convenient that we just buy a 1 day bus/train pass to get from the airport and around the city. The area around the hotel is clean and safer. We enjoyed staying in this hotel and city."
"Stayed at Royal Sonos downtown Chicago with my son to celebrate my birthday . Excellent property, is under statement! The rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby was not only clean. It smelled so good as you walk in. Excellent location ! walking distance to everything . I was upgrade to the Riverview room . The view was exceptional !Everybody that worked there was extremely friendly and kind. We received A+ hospitality. Thank you for making my birthday so special!"
