Great location, but service could be better
Wonderful view in the morning and nestled in tea farms. We're accommodating with our food allergies, which was greatly appreciated. However, there was no daily housekeeping. For example, we never got new towels in the 3 nights we stayed. When we arrived, the front desk man watched us carry out luggage up the stairs without offering to help. Also, when we went to claim our breakfast, a group of 15 or so who arrived after us were served first.

非常棒的回憶
非常開心能到紫龍星空住宿，讓家人跟自己都留下美好的回憶，有舒適的住宿空間、便利的泡茶工具還提供免費茶葉及茶具（但還是帶了自己的）下次可以空手輕鬆去住宿。環境跟空氣都非常棒，讓人身心靈都能得到休憩。空間很寬敞很省合家人、朋友們一起住宿泡茶看雲海、茶園。有機會還想再去一次。

環境清新安靜風景美麗
這是在阿里山茶園中的民宿，來這就是享受自然山景；從阿里山公路到民宿路比較小，晚上路沒有燈，只要沒有起霧都很好。環境相當安靜，早餐是民宿提供的簡單個人份量三明治和沙拉。這次剛好遇到路口整修，店家很貼心來電說明，是很體貼有人情味的民宿！

民宿坐落茶園中央。真的太美太舒服。服務人員都非常NICE。。一定會再來。
對了～週圍好多好美的步道。下次一定要多待幾天。離阿里山森林遊樂區40分鐘車程～位置很好安排行程

我覺得很棒
民宿提供的早餐與住宿環境都很棒，附近最接近的7-11開車5-10分鐘左右就會抵達，民宿沒有提供晚餐，但有販賣泡麵，泡麵價格是佛心的原建議售價。
房間比照片看起來好。
民宿後方有一片茶園跟山景，早上起床可以看風景，不過如果要看完整的日出左邊是有一片山跟樹木擋住的。
另外房內到了晚上會有滿多飛蟲出現聚集在光旁邊，但我認為山上會有蟲蟲本來就很正常，除此之外床單浴室總總都是非常乾淨的。
老闆也很親切，還泡茶給我們喝！

沒有太多裝飾的民宿，座落在茶園內及鄉間小路，連住二天，沒整理沒補水毛巾，像是自個家。週邊可以去迷糊步道、福山古道、霧之道⋯，也可到奮起湖，皆方便一日遊

心曠神怡特好地方
民宿很隱匿，沒老闆帶路不知道在哪，有開車來住比較好，住得很自由，景觀房的風景很好，可以看到茶田和山景。
