Amazing hotel!

Wonderful experience. We had 6 accommodations during our trip in Sicily, and this was by far the best of them. Clean, modern and elegant. Spacious and comfortable room. Nora was beyond helpful checking us in. She helped us get take out dinner from the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, and she let us eat in the breakfast room which was already set up for next morning's breakfast. She also served us drinks. If that wasn't enough, she suggested places to go and helped us plan our days, and even made reservations for dinner at a restaurant. I'd definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, modern finishes and very clean. However certain rooms are situated right next to the reception/bar/breakfast, making it quite noisy, even with doors closed you can hear receptionists talking, people chattering and other noises from the bar. There are a number of ‘extra costs’, like having to pay (fee, not deposit) for pool towels, for use of jacuzzi in pool area, and for having extra towels for bathroom use before room is cleaned. Only one girl from reception knows how to communicate well in English, others can barely understand it.

Nice country side stay

Our family had a lovely stay around new year's. Lovely temperatur with around 22c in the sun. The hotel is located close to Chiaramonte Gulfi on the country side with nice views. The staff are realy helpful and friendly. Breakfast is realy tasteful with lots of locale food. <3 The rooms are nice with individual heating and air conditioning. Parking is for free and if you arrive with electric car and bring your Mennkes cable (mode3 typ2) you can charge for 8EUR/Day (One charge up to 7kw and the other up to 4kw). The pool is open all years but not heated. Though you can use the Jacuzzi for 25EUR/Hour. We can realy recommend this hotel and we are realy looking forward to coming back <3 Thank's for a lovley stay :)

Io e mio marito sentivamo l'esigenza di qualche giorno di relax totale e così abbiamo deciso di tornare a Southest hotel , perché già lo conoscevamo ed eravamo stati bene. Abbiamo fatto decisamente bene, l'hotel non ha deluso le nostre aspettative, di questo hotel mi piace innanzitutto la progettazione, molto lineare,luminosa, con ampi spazi interni ed esterni, niente è lasciato al caso, a cominciare dal tavolino riservato davanti al balcone della stanza , dove è possibile fare colazione con vista sulla piscina e il piccolo giardino curatissimo. Il personale è preparato, cordiale , professionale, la colazione eccellente e tutto pulito. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Two nights in this nice hotel

We spent two nights in this hotel on our business trip. Rooms were really clean and there was plenty of space. The bed was firm therefore really good! Service was helpful and positive. Breakfast was good for a Italian breakfast. The hotel area seems to be a bit unfinished but it seems to be work in progress. Hotel is located in right next to a industrial zone but for us it worked nicely because we were visiting that area. Within a driving distance you can find nice vineyards and restaurants.

My stay was enjoyable and relaxing. The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. Hotel comfortable and very clean. Pool area spacious and lots of parking available. Location is not walking distance to shops or center of town so one needs transport.
