D condo

Le côté face à la plaza est plus bruyant jusqu’à minuit. Musique forte qui provient de la plaza de l’autre coté de la rue. Excellent service du proprio, qui a modifier rapidement notre chambre,car Le ménage n’était pas fait, et méchant dégât par les anciens locataires. Parfait pour un cour séjour.

An unpleasant stay with dcondo

There are a number of key issues which I would like to share with all intending to book dcondo. First, there was nobody onsite when I checked in, and I only took the room key from the unlocked mailbox. Second, the guard at the gate prevented me from entering into the carpark. I later knew the reason why. The Management Office told me that the property owner had not paid the common service fees for over 6 months. Third, the room was not clean and no cleaning service at all throughout my 3-night stay. Fourth, the shower head was old, dilapidated and not functioning well. Fifth, no sufficient towels and toilet rolls were provided. Sixth, there was no wifi provided in the room. Seventh, gettig around to and from dcondo was hazardous because I had to cut 3 - 4 lanes from slip roads onto expressways to make U-turns.

ใกล้เซ็นทรัลมาก ระยะทางแค่เดินข้ามสะพานลอย ห้องสะอาด กว้างขวาง มีทั้งห้องนอน ห้องนั่งเล่น ครัว และห้องน้ำในตัว มีความเป็นส่วนตัว ถือว่าคุ้มราคามาก แต่ข้อเสียก็มีเหมือนคอนโดให้เช่ารายวันทั่วไปคือ 1) ไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับ ผู้พักต้องช่วยตัวเองค่อนข้างมาก ผู้แบ่งเช่าจะทำหน้าที่แค่ทิ้งคีย์การ์ดเข้าคอนโดไว้ให้ วันที่มาถึงตอนประมาณบ่ายโมง มีปัญหาเข้าห้องไม่ได้ เพราะใช้กุญแจห้องไม่เป็น ก็ต้องไปติดต่อถามนิติฯ ของคอนโดเอง (อาจจะเพราะผมซวยเอง ผู้ให้เช่าติดลูกค้าท่านอื่นเลยไม่รับสายผม) 2) คีย์การ์ดใช้เปิดประตูเข้าที่จอดรถของคอนโดไม่ได้ ต้องจอดรถริมถนนในซอยหน้าคอนโด เดาว่าใบที่ใช้เปิดเข้าที่จอดรถได้ เจ้าของอาจจะเก็บไว้ใช้เอง 3) แล้วก็ปัญหาเรื่องอื่นๆ คือ ห้องชื้นมากและอยู่ชั้น 1 หันหน้าเข้าพื้นที่ตรงกลางคอนโด ทำให้เปิดหน้าต่างไม่ได้ (คนอื่นเดินข้ามหน้าต่างเข้ามาในห้องได้เลย) ต้องปิดหน้าต่าง ปิดม่านตลอด แนะนำให้เอาผ้าเช็ดตัวมาเอง เนื่องจากผ้าเช็ดตัวที่เตรียมไว้ให้เหมือนซักไม่สะอาดมีฝุ่นอยู่ในผ้าเช็ดตัว (อาจจะเพราะผมเป็นภูมิแพ้เลยไวกะเรื่องนี้หน่อย)

Simple room with basic amenities.

Located within walking distance, between big C and Central Plaza shopping . Security very helpful . Simple room with micro wave oven, kettle , fridge and washing machine. Shower pressure good . Air con filter not clean at least 6 months, caused fan coil unit frozen and water start dripping out . Cleaned the filters and air con working fine again. 10 minutes or 60 baht by taxi to city centre.

舒適、安全又方便的住處

屬於出租公寓類型，設施與保全完善，有小廚房、冰箱、冷氣、洗衣機、電視、網路..., Big-C跟中央百貨公司就在旁邊，走路就到。這是私人按日分租出來的(公寓的佈告顯示這樣是不合規定的)，訂完房後，屋主會傳訊息給你，你再跟屋主連絡。飯店只有清潔工居間張羅(語言會有障礙)，談不上甚麼服務。我這間的屋主說要更換床墊，但還沒換，所以較硬，其他方面都非常好。
