The staff was exceptional. They were so attentive and took care of our requests right away. The complementary breakfast was a hit with the kids even if it was just toast and cereal. The room was also fun for the kids even if some things were dates. Our only complaint is that the hotel was next to a school and it was quite loud with instruments playing.

There was a really great staff member guy who helped all the time. The room is clean, the bed is clean, the restroom is clean. Grabs and taxis and Tuktuks will go there.

Early check in! Pleasant staff. Just no elevators for our heavy luggage’s to third floor. Hot water shower in small bath room for five pax. Value for money in a great location.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The kids loved the climbing board. The staff had gone out completely out of their way to help us. We were waiting for our shuttle and there was some miscommunication between the shuttle pick up time. One of the staff went out looking for us in the city twice and found us. We were so touched of their efforts. They helped us to store and load the luggage into our transport. We highly recommend them and would stay again anytime. They were 5 mins walk to a laundromat and cheap buffet mookata options. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

ทำเลสะดวก ใกล้ตลาดเช้า และตลาดกลางคืนในระยะเดินถึง ห้องสะอาด มีที่ให้นั่งทานอาหารเช้า มีจานเปล่า ไมโครเวฟ และอุปกรณ์ให้ มีอาหารเช้าเบาๆเช่น ขนมปัง นม คอร์นเฟลก ชา กาแฟ วางไว้ให้ที่ชั้น 4 เหมาะแก่การรวมตัว ของครอบครัวและเพื่อนฝูง ที่น่าแปลกใจคือ มีสระว่ายน้ำขนาดเล็กอยู่ในที่จอดรถด้วย พนักงานน่ารัก และบริการดีค่ะ ส่วนข้อเสียมีนิดหน่อย คือห้องไม่เก็บเสียงและกลิ่น อาจเพราะมีคนเข้าพักเยอะ การทำความสะอาดห้องทำได้ช้าค่ะ พนักงานอาจลืมเอาทิชชู และน้ำดื่มเติมให้ ที่จอดรถมีน้อย แต่มีพนักงานดูแล และคอยจัดระเบียบที่จอดรถให้ค่ะ ไม่มีลิฟท์ Great Location near fresh market in the morning and night street food. Light breakfast on the 4th Fl. Clean room good for family and friend. There are tiny swimming pool in the parking space. Friendly staff and good hospitality. By the way, The room is not sound and smell proof. If there are a lot of guest, quite slow to make up your room. No elevators. Less parking space but have staff to take care of.

Não corresponde às expectativas. Separaram o grupo que viajava junto e reservou junto por dois edifícios diferentes. Nao tem elevador o os clientes têm de carregar as bagagens até ao andar onde se localisa o quarto que lhe é atribuido. Péssima limpeza que se observa assim que chegamos ao looby onde se vêm uns candeeiros com arte que nunca foram limpos... Mau cheiro nos quartos indica pouca manutenção. De um dia para para o outro apenas vemos as toalhas a serem trocadas, nada mais é feito no quarto, nem sequer puxam os lençóis para fechar a cama ou o simples despejo do caixote do lixo... Muito mau!

Para ser sincero llegue a este hotel para tres dias. La pase super bien, lo mejor que tiene es el staff, tienen mucha información sobre las atracciones, son bien atentos y te ayudan en todo. Luego regrese para unos dos días y me encontré una situación incomoda pues en el cuatro que me quede habían "Bed Bugs". Me di cuenta a media noche y le avise al de seguridad. Me cambio de cuarto. Al otro día hable con los gerentes y la única solución que me dieron fue moverme a un cuarto más caro. También envía a lavar mi ropa por la situación de los "bugs" y me cobraron un precio no muy bueno con el laundry.

Terribly dirty. Never again.

The place is just DIRTY. After checking in asked reception to clean the room, was told it will be cleaned buy it wasn't after we returned from the city. Filthy. Never use again. Ants in the bathroom, leaking tap, ring is in the fridge, sticky dirty glasses. Public area any better. You of course have to leave the shoes outside the hotel but floors looks like never mopped.

Probably Good?

We had a bad experience, but I don't think that it's indicative of the hotel overall. The hotel looks very nice, and the rooms are a great budget option for families. Unfortunately we had a absolutely terrible smell in our room that actually made us somewhat sick. I think it was only in our room, as I stuck my head in the room next door, and it seemed fine.

Started off wonderfully with them letting me check in a bit early, and offering me some delicious cocoanut ice cream while I waited for my bed to be made! I loved the location, it was very centrally located, and it was very easy for me to walk to anywhere I wanted to go in the city. It can be a little strange walking down an ally to get back at night, but just be smart about it and you won't have any issues. The staff was also really amazing. Anytime I had a question or needed something they always did everything that they could to help. The place was also very clean. They are constantly sweeping the main area, emptying the trash bins, and cleaning the bathrooms and guest rooms. Definitely a place I would stay again!

Overall this was a positive stay as this is a new property that is well maintained. Saw people cleaning throughout the day. Staff was available to answer questions and to store luggage. Nice area downstairs with tables and big windows to lounge or do some work. I stayed for 2 nights. When I first arrived to the room I asked if I could have a lower bunk. I was told they were booked. Only one lower bunk out of 4 was occupied during my stay. It would be nice to have a large mirror in the room. Free breakfast is instant coffee or tea and white toast, so nothing fancy. It’s not a 2 min walk to any of the old town activities. More like 16-20 min.
