The staffs are welcoming. The room is clean and decent. Free water, yogurt and fruits are extra point for this hotel. However, it is very noisy as in you are able to hear the sound from other rooms (people taking bath and walking/talking at the corridor) and in the morning there will be a special morning call by the staff washing the dishes at ground floor (my room is at 4th floor) and the breakfast ..

新酒店，房間整潔寬敞，大堂設有很多舒適坐位提供住客聊天，早餐選擇不多，但尚算美味，泳池細小。附近有食肆及按摩店。酒店附近一帶寧靜，但距離舊城區有15-20分鐘腳程。以價格而言，十分抵住。

It was a new, kinda hipster like hotel and it was pretty cool! We loved the spaces, cleanliness, decor. We only believe that the staff could probably improve their english as we barely understood anything they said. Other than that it was great!

some good some bad....
the hotel is clean. rooms comfortable. good wifi. the afternoon staff friendly and helpful. however, some of the morning staff should improve. I suffer from food allergy. I asked to have simple rice for breakfast. the morning manager claimed they don't have rice. the next morning I asked for rice again and was told- no rice. since every Thai kitchen has rice, I insisted on getting rice. at that point a staff member went to the kitchen, opened the rice pot and gave me some rice. I don't know why they lied and claimed not to have rice. this small conflict made me feel uncomfortable, so I will not visit this hotel again.

And on the second day the hotel bought a special rice for you Because the staff don't want you to curse at him like the first day Therefore prepare rice for you But in the breakfast buffet, we have fried rice but you don't eat. Great boutique hotel
This new hotel is great value for money in a quiet street, about a 10 minute walk to One Nimman. Expats live around here. You will need a scooter or taxi to visit the old town/other areas of Chiang Mai. Each level of the hotel has a different ‘theme’ so make sure you request the theme if you’re fussy and care about the decor. We were given a room with lolly pink walls and tiled floor which felt like we were in a bathroom so we changed rooms to the contemporary style. Because the hotel is new the bed is comfortable and shower is great. My only negative is that the breakfast could be improved. There is only one toaster so you have to wait in line to use it. They also don’t have any black tea so I bought my own teabags. It would be nice if they had some more fruit options as well. In low season they should cook the eggs fresh to order because the fried eggs in the tray were cold. However they did cook us fresh ones when we asked about it, I know we are fussy but buffets only work when it’s busy unless they can keep the food hot.

일단 물과 커피가 로비에 항상 제공되서 좋았어요 수영장도 엄청 작지만 아무도 안써서 전 재밌게 놀았어요 조식은 엄청 간단해요 햄 계란 빵 샐러드 수박 끝이에요 그래도 전 만족했어요 이 숙소에서 머물면서 가장 좋았던건 사람들이 엄청 친절했어요 항상 웃어주고 도와주려고 하고 배려심이 깊어요 청소도 깔끔하게 잘해주고 정말 좋았어요 하지만 이숙소에 가장 안 좋은점이 치명적이에요 바로 방음이 전혀 안되요 고시텔보다도 방음이 안되요 제 옆방에 있던 사람은 되게 조용한 분이었는데 그래도 한숨쉬고 속닥거리는 것 까지 다 들려요 커플들은 안가는게 좋을 것 같아요

Unlimited number of bottled drinking water is provided. Nestle coffee machine is available 24/7. The room/bed/shower room is reasonably big for the price (and compared to the more expensive hotel right next door!!). Staff was all friendly.

非常滿意的新開幕飯店。
因為是新開幕的，所以司機大部分不知道地點。但是櫃檯有一位會說中文的男孩，貼心的幫忙解說入住相關細節。而且一樓大廳有24小時自助式的瓶裝礦泉水以及優格，並且有自動咖啡機，非常方便。

산티탐에 위치하고 있구여~ 마야몰까지는 걸어서 15분 정도 입니다. 조식빼고 다 마음에 들었어여 ㅎ 제가 키가 작아 수영장이 너무너무 깊었지만, 유니콘 타고 잘 놀았어여 ㅋㅋㅋ 침대도 편안하고 , 물과 요플레 무제한이라 좋았어여
