The location and proximity to the night markets was what initially brought me to the hotel. Everything you could want was within half a block, food, shopping, spa and massage, etc. The staff were friendly and the room decent. The outdoor dining area was pretty, but also very close to the street so vehicle exhaust fumes and cigarette smoke carried over, but wasn’t bothersome if you eat indoors. Overall I would definitely stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large clean rooms. Shaded pool, but no area to lounge for kids or families. I found it to be extremely noisy. At night I am not sleeping well because of the loud music from surrounding clubs. In the morning the motor bikes are making noise in the alley and there is currently construction near that started at 6 AM. I would not stay again.

Room was very clean and spacious. Really liked the aesthetics of the building, gave a very traditional vibe. Breakfast buffet was very good, made eating a meal in morning easy before starting day’s activities. Great location, 2 minute walk from the night market and ended eating dinner there most nights. Free airport transfer was great and made arriving & departing Chiang Mai so easy. Staff were also wonderful, very helpful with pretty much anything I needed throughout my stay. Overall Had a 10/10 experience.

Everything went perfectly, from check-in to check-out. The room and bathroom are very spacious, and there's a balcony especially for smoking your joint. Although it's located next to the Night Bazaar, you don't hear any noise. The breakfast is very well served, but with more oriental items.
