Great location if you want to stay in Nimman – very close to cafes, restaurants, massage parlors and shopping scattered around numerous sois. I have stayed in the hotel during the shoulder season and noted that the property has not been maintained well, in particular the swimming pool area on the roof. The following may still get some “love” before the peak season: glass barriers are currently dirty/frosted and the landscape view is hence limited. The pool ladder is missing one step and the other one is about to fall off (the nut is no longer holding the bolt). The surrounding area is somewhat dirty too, with rubbish floating on the other side of the infinity pool (where the water flows off). There may be significant delays in restocking the pool towels too. The room itself is comfortable and relatively clean, except for some mold between the bathroom tiles. The water pressure was really good with plenty of hot water. However, towels have not been restocked consistently. Half of the time the hand towels were taken away but not restocked. On one occasion, the face towels were missing; and on another occasion, there were black pool towels provided in lieu of the standard white towels. This is obviously sub par the five star rating that the hotel is striving to. The breakfast variety was OK, similar to other hotels in Thailand. The staff at breakfast were trying hard to please the guests, so some may appreciate this. Overall, it was descent but I don’t think I will stay again.

The area is really nice to stay in, lots around to do. The art influence of the hotel is fine, nothing to really think too much about. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is really good every day, and the service was really nice too.
