"My experience at the Hyatt was one of the finest hotel experiences I have ever enjoyed. Upon check in Lakia, the rep on duty, is truly an asset to the Hyatt corp. Due to a helicopter crash I survived has left me with permanent spinal cord isssues along with severe feet deformity. I am prone to fall or be unbalanced. Lakia offered me a shower chair. I was beyond happy. without any ADA hand rails in shower I am at the mercy of whatever I can grab. Lakia intuitiveness is what true...
