7.4/10 Good! (439 reviews)
Room is not being cleaned, roaches walking on the floor. Room is a prison cell without windows and a toilet that has a shower above it in case you like to take a shower while going to the toilet. Absoluut worst place have been in my life! And this is Singapore for god sake, unbelievable that this place exists

9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,323 reviews)
When five stars really deliver. A luxurious hotel with perfect amenities and the best staff. It’s not just the big things that are accounted for, it’s the little things like a drinking tap in the room, low lighting, different shower heads etc. The location of this hotel is superb, malls on your doorstep, metro a few minutes walk away to get to the main sites or you can even walk and a thousand restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay here again, should we ever visit Singapore again.
