"The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was available. The parking was acceptable. No elevator available, but once we learned the layout of the hotel all was well (parking near entrance near the room). The door key pad glitched at times, but we managed.
We will book hotel again."
"A very good hotel! We were upgraded from a regular room to a suite with two bathrooms, one of which had a proper deep bathtub. There were also games available in the common area.
Two specific things worth knowing:
1. In our suite, the bedrooms had no windows. This was actually a plus in terms of noise isolation, but it might be uncomfortable for someone with claustrophobia.
2. If you're particularly sensitive to noise, complete silence may be difficult to achieve. We turned off the HVAC, but could still hear some background noise, apparently coming from a neighboring building.
Everything else was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay!"
"The staff was so friendly!!! From front desk to housekeeping to the folks in the breakfast area. Our original room had an issue with the air not working and they quickly moved us to another room. The front desk person even brought the keys to the new room to us --we didn't have to go downstairs. I was traveling with my sister and her dog. She said the dog park that is part of the property was really nice. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast --really good coffee (that is important!) We loved that they had their "team meeting" to get the day started. I got the feeling that everyone liked working there! All around a very positive experience."
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga-Hamilton Place
8/10 Good
"Part of parking lot was blocked by construction equipment. Front goldfish pond NASTY and really needed to be attended to or those poor fish will die. The room was very spacious, and comfortable, but the bathroom sink was not the cleanest I have seen. The paint had many chipped areas throughout. Otherwise, I have no complaints with the property. Getting on and off the interstate was a problem due to construction at that particular exit, but my GPS was invaluable for that."
