"Friendly staff, nice gym! Pool didn’t have water but not u reasonable as it’s not even Memorial Day so not even pool time of the year!"

"When I checked in, my room was very hot, and the air conditioning was not up to par. The glasses in the room were dirty. I was unable to sleep well all my second night because there was so much noise coming from some type of sports tournament. It was horrible. After checking out, I went outside to have a smoke break and to arrange for my ride, after paying for a less than satisfactory stay, 2 hotel workers approached me and said that the general manager, said I had 10 minutes to leave the property. I was godsmacked, because I did not think that I would be mistreated in that way after just paying almost $300 for my stay. I wanted to know why I was being treated this way, and the front desk clerk said that they had a problem with homelessness, which is not true because, I'm from that area, and there is rarely any visible homelessness. But, I was a quiet, paying guest who was simply waiting on her ride and was targeted and dehumanized by these Hotel staff members. I believe that my race did play a part of it. People of the same race can be biased toward each other. It was so humiliating, and so unexpected to be mistreated like this The quality of the rooms, breakfast, and customer service were all way below average. I hope that if these people continue in the hospitality industry, they will learn to understand what that word means. I hope that they will also understand how to treat others with dignity "

"The halls were too dark. They didn't give hand soaps for the bathroom, and when I asked housekeeping she said there wasn't any soap. Instead of taking the trash out they asked for us to put the trash in the halls and they would collect it at 3. The person next to me trash was in the halls for 2 days."

"This hotel was a good fit for us this week! I liked having their indoor pool all to myself, but the water was cold and was not 90 degrees as advertised. The manager was very kind however, and all of the staff were marvelous. The night clerk looked very sad and after I spoke to her for a few minutes, she confessed she was simply very tired. All other staff went out of their way to help us as I was in town to get dental surgery and I needed that level of TLC. When I returned from the dentist having had sedation, they brought out a wheelchair so I did not have to try to walk back up to my room. Very kind folks! All in all, a great stay and we will return again at the end of the summer so I can see my dentist again for the last part of my dental surgery treatments. "

"We were originally booked at another hotel, that had overbooked their rooms and left us stranded at 11 at night. Expedia was able to help us by rebooking us here at this hotel, and I’m glad they did. The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely nice and took us in as a late check in. The rooms were clean, the hotel was clean, with easy access to the freeway and several restaurants in the area. We’ll definitely book there again during return visits to Atlanta"

"I would give the hotel a 10 if the room was orgaized differently. The bathroom is open so when you use it, everyone hears and smells what you are doi g i there. There are doors (I call them barn doors) bot yhey don't hide anything. Then there are the glass see through shower doors, which are nice but I don't want my daughter to see me naked."

"Very little to no food available at or after 9am-not everyone is up at 6am"
