"Very handy location on the outskirts of Cheltenham the staff were very friendly and helpful room was spotless even though the hotel inside is showing its age gym and pool were fantastic breakfast was really good wide selection of food."

"Good value rooms with 2-3 real ale choices and a meal of the day with a pint offer that is excellent value for money. Breakfast freshly cooked to order. Restricted parking on main road outside but unrestricted parking on side street if you can find a space. Very friendly staff. Ideal for contractors or tourists."

"Everything. The staff are so friendly, the room clean and comfortable. Great breakfast cooked to order and evening meals we had were delicious.
It’s a cosy little oldie worldly pub with 2 open fires, was nice and quiet when we went with a few locals in of an evening. Owner very helpful. Would recommend 👍"

"staff were excellent and polite , breakfast was also excellent with a variety of options, free parking was an added bonus as was the position of the hotel in the centre of the town . Five star all round"

"Great Cotswold hotel:
Pros:
- beutiful/unique rooms
- feeling of Cotswold house.
- location
- Great breakfast
Cons:
- Rooms are not well cleaned(full trash bin, coffee remnant on the cups)
- Poor surrounding facilities and attractions.
- the garden is not as impressive."
