"Room was clean. Daily breakfast is served with different choices each day. The location was quiet and convenient as it is close to the freeway and downtown is a few minutes drive. Will stay here again if opportunity comes to visit Colorado Springs. "

"The room was clean except for the desk area, which was greasy and had dried mustard on it. It was spacious and had good air conditioning. One of the online features was that the room was soundproof, but I heard a lot of noise on the 2nd day, including housekeeping in the hallway, the TV next door, and children running and yelling. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. I didn't have hot water on the 2nd evening I was there, and it took a couple of hours for it to return. The Wi-Fi was spotty, which could have been problematic since it was a work trip. I ended up using my own data. The TV channels also had a poor signal and went in and out. Some channels didn't even work. I'm wondering if it had anything to do with the Wi-Fi issue. I was charged quite a bit more at check-in, after Hotels.com assured my rate would be: "What you see is what you pay." When I inquired about a $12 upcharge for the "free" breakfast, the desk attendant did not remove the fee or contact Hotels.com to resolve the issue. And when I contacted Hotels.com to resolve the issue, they referred me back to the hotel front desk. The continental breakfast tasted good, but it was awkward having to sit down and be waited on for the hot items. The limit was 3 hot items, which was a bit strange. I've not experienced a continental breakfast like that before. The ice machine worked great, but there were no vending machines on my floor. I think the only snack items were in the lobby. "

"Clean room, lobby and grounds. Spacious and comfortable king room. Well stocked breakfast that had a good variety and was hot and tasty. We will be back. "

"It's a little hard to get to from I-25 because when you turn onto Voyager Parkway at the light, you have to drive all the way up the hill and make a u-turn. Check-in was fast and easy, lady at the front desk was polite and welcoming and explained where to park to be closest to my room. Room was spotless, bed was comfy, water was hot with good pressure. Several rooms along the hall had left their dogs unattended and they were barking incessantly but all of the owners returned by 10pm and everybody quieted down. Pool was closed, sign said for maintenance. Breakfast was a selection of hot foods (eggs, sausage links, potatoes, waffle makers) and grab n'go yogurt and muffins. Great stay for the price. "
