"Didn’t use the hot tub or pool but looked at close up. Appeared clean and hot tub temperature on my hand did not seem as hot as some. Pool and hot tub both had handicap lifts. The room was reasonably clean except under the table. The bedding and linens / towels were clean and in good condition. Lots of immediate hot water. TV, microwave and refrigerator. Good sized room. The big negative was our king size mattress was broken down, particularly on the door side where it sloped to the edge. We mentioned it to the management and they indicated that they would replace it. Breakfast offerings were the typical hot items - waffle maker, scrambled eggs (very watery), sausage, sausage gravy (cold biscuits that I heated in microwave). Typical cold offerings bread, packaged bear claw, mini muffins cold cereal apples bananas yogurt. Coffee was not brewed but a vending style instant machine offfering decaf or reg in 3 strengths. Juice machine. Two story motel type structure with exterior walkways and stairs. Appeared in good repair. There is a McDonalds next door. "

"I’ve been in 8 cities the past 60 days and this was BY FAR the worst of all the places I’ve stayed which surprised me because Extended Stays are usually pretty decent. When I first got there, the staff was nice and welcoming so I had high hopes, but then I got to the room. The room smelled terrible (like old Chinese food to be specific). We turned the vent on the microwave and the bathroom on full blast and it helped a little but the smell lingered in the room the full 3 days we were there. Then came the bed…we pulled back the covers and the sheets were dirty and stained. I called the front desk and they were short handed so she couldn’t bring anything up but said I could go down and pick up clean sheets…which I did. The room itself is a good size and has a nice “full size” fridge which was great, but there is no shampoo, soap, paper towels, or anything else that would be useful. I did pick up some soap at the same time as the sheets but you would think that should be a normal thing that is part of turning the room. Finally, the hotel advertises that breakfast is included…if that is breakfast, then I’m Santa Claus! “Breakfast” was a handful of granola bars and packaged boiled egged which were suspended in liquid in a plastic bag and looked disgusting. THAT’S IT!! And that was only there one of the mornings we were there. No juice, no milk, no bread, NOTHING!! So to summarize, the front staff was friendly but that is the only positive. I would avoid this place at all cost! "

"We booked a room with two queen beds which was not honored. My kids had to sleep on a sofa bed with springs in their back all night. Everything else was okay."
