"Overall a decent place to stay. It does and at times doesn't give you a vibe of a 5 star hotel. Services were pretty quick but the reception was average.
The room was spacious and in decent condition bathroom was a let down. Aircon somehow was a bit too cold even after adjusting the thermostat. The buffet in the morning was pretty limit and even had found a hair in one of the dishes (that was unacceptable and disgusting). "

"Location of the hotel was good. The bad experience at the time of check-in as they insist for advance payment of entire amount unlike other hotels of same category. Also this practice was not there when it was run under name of Park Plaza. Very unprofessional attitude at least with regular visitor."
