Nice location

Hotel is in a nice location,but the room wasn't as expected and was remarkably disappointing ,don't know if it was just the room that was given to me,either way staffs were chatting to glory just outside my door,and yea not in a suttle way too

Aroma's food court is the only positive

No hand towels, pillows had mosquito blood marks. Floors were dirty and the small carpets were also very dirty.

The most over rated hotel

I booked Aroma hotel for 6 nights and when I arrived at 2.30 PM the room was not cleaned and the bed was not made and it reeked with cigarette smell. I especially requested for a non smoking room. They showed me another room which they said was superior room but the second room was no better than the first room and on top of that they wanted extra Rs 600 per night. I was not happy with their uncooperative attitude and I left the hotel without staying there even one night. I contacted Agoda and explained my predicament. The Hotel only agreed to refund 5 night's money instead of full refund. I will never book Aroma in future. Aroma hotel was established in 1953 and it never been refurbished or renovated since 1953 in my estimation.
