Our (2 adults, 1 child) stay at Lebua was good and interesting - a classic Bangkok juxtaposition of enormous luxury that’s become unsustainable, with large sections of the hotel visibly abandoned. You pay for a spectacular view, so we recommend getting the river view and Tower Club, for lounge access. Lounge access is excellent for families - there are always western style plain snack foods for small children and a nice glass of wine for the parents. Pool is okay, breakfast is excellent and service is attentive. Nice little extras left in the room like chocolates and a turndown service. The room furniture is basic and old and in need of an update. There are more interesting places to stay in Bangkok for the price.

Yes, but staff rules are a little strict in allowing guests to look around on the 64th floor.

Fantastic location and very helpful staff! Our room was very clean. The optional buffet breakfast was amazing!
