A perfect stay

We had a lovely 1-night stay in this cozy hotel. We checked in with a welcoming receptionist who gave us a lot of information about the property and services. Due to corona we had our meals in the room, both breakfast and a 3 course dinner. It is a set menue, so you cannot choose, but the food was amazing. All the staff were very polite and helpful. In the evening we went for a 45min jacuzzi bath which was for extra cost but with a glass of sparkling included. It rained a little, but it was still very enjoyable. We also tried the sauna. It was a perfect stay, and we hope to come back again soon.

Amazing experience

The hotel stay was incredible. The view of Mont Blanc was great. They have superb hospitality and go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is comfortable. The rooms have a nice cabin feel and the sauna was nice and quaint. It is also waking distance to the city center and ski lifts.

Wonderful place

This hotel was wonderful overall. Perfect location overlooking the snowy hills. Superbly clean, smiling and helpful staff. It's walking distance to Chamonix Centre and easy access to busses to major slopes. Decoration has a very warm chalet feeling in the rooms and by the fireplace in the lobby and in very good condition. Highly recommending this place.

Our room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy upscale cabin feel. We could order many different selections of tasty food all day long, and eat in the dining room, garden, lounge, or room. The garden was beautiful, with many seating options around the fountain, stream, or saunas. There was even a little reading room, a chicken coop and vegetable garden to visit. The Hermitage was a peaceful retreat from the UTMB crowds, yet an easy walk from city center.

Everyone on staff are very accommodating for all of our needs. The room has been remodeled which makes updates for the bathroom especially nice. The outdoor park is perfect for gathering with family for a drink or ice cream.

4성급이기에는 아까운 5성급 호텔임. 샤모니 중심가에서 그렇게 멀지않은 곳에 이렇게 조용한 호텔이 숨어있다니.. 훌륭한 정원과 3개의 서로다른 타입의 사우나, 친절한 스텝, 은은한 삼나무 향기가 나는 객실, 홈메이드 유기농으로 만든 훌륭한 조식등 모든것이 기대이상이었습니다. 단지 객실에 어매니티가 거의없고 커피포트와 냉장고가 비치되지 않은 점이 단점이지만 뛰어난 view와 환상적인 환경이 모든 단점을 보상해줍니다.

The hotel is a beautiful traditional hotel in a quiet part of Chamonix but only 5 mins walk to the town centre. The hotel is beautifully presented and the gardens are stunning. The hotel is family owned and run and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Property and people were great and made our stay really special. We would have liked coffee and tea facilities in the room. Sauna and hot tub made it feel special. Lovely and quirky detail. Lovely lounge area with amazing cake after skiing. Breakfast a little expensive at €18.50 per adult. Evening food a little limiting but cheese, charcuterie and soups were amazing. We would definitely book again....and probably will. Thanks Expedia
