"Booked here the second time since we wanted to enjoy our time in Napa. Breakfast service is nice to have before going out for wine tasting. Downside of staying here is the water pressure is weak. Everything else is sufficient for a short stay. Location is good to be near freeway."

"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. When I arrived, I was told that the property was oversold and that my confirmed reservation could not be honored. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of effort to resolve it. No alternative accommodations were offered, no assistance was provided in finding another hotel, and there was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. After a long day of travel, being turned away without support is unacceptable. Overbooking may happen, but how a hotel handles it is what matters—and in this case, the response was careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience."
