"It is a very pretty property. The view of the water and boats was especially nice. We enjoyed watching the deer and the birds in the back while we drank coffee on the porch. The location was excellent for getting to the ferry to go to Friday Harbor. I would definitely recommend Ship Harbor Inn."

It offers no breakfast, charges for snacks, is basically a motel with outside access to rooms, and is finished inside with rough wood, yet the high cost is equal to hotels offering much more (breakfasts, finished wood interiors). The bathroom door barely cleared the toilet, squeezing you in to close it. The furniture and ceiling are plywood. Our room did have a fridge and microwave, which was much appreciated, the room was clean, and beds comfortable. But next time...

"My fiancee and I really enjoyed our stay in our Jacuzzi tub room! The tub is huge and the water stayed hot while filling the whole thing up. It was the perfect way to end a long day spent out at Deception Pass State park, which is less than a 15 minute drive away! "Nantucket Inn has moved right to the top of our favorite bed and breakfast stays. Check-in was easy and cordial, and we received some excellent restaurant recommendations. Our room was one of the smaller (the smallest?) at the inn, but perfectly adequate for two, and perfectly clean. We had fresh cookies waiting for us on the nightstand.
