"The hotel is located at Gran Via avenue, and near to the cathedral, which is convenient to transportation to other tourist locations e.g. Alhambra. The hotel is new but the air condition in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to solve this problem. Initially he said that he was not in charge of this, but later he told us that we had to wait 10 min after turn on the air condition to work. However, it did not work at all. Fortunately, the climate was not hot, otherwise we could not stand...

"Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in nicht zu übertreffender Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in unserem sehr schönem Zimmer mit absolut traumhafter Aussicht. Das Essen hatte eine tolle Qualität und hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Auch der Service war sehr persönlich und gut. "
