"Found a German Cockroach in our room. Manager claimed it was only a "stinkbug" and harmless. Posted and spoke to many professionals and they all declared it was a German roach and they're the really bad infesting ones. Would've been happier if they just took basic accountability for it instead of telling my fianceé we must have brought it WITH US."

"Stay at your own risk...Price is fine- but do yourself a huge favour and spend a little extra to go elsewhere. We tried this place with hope and we ended up leaving at midnight one night to drive to new hotel and forfeit our stay because of unsettling behaviours of people & noises outside our room. A list of a few things: black paint? stain on blanket, fruit flies, giant open hole in the wall under the sink where many things could crawl in from, always weird behaviours and people coming in and...

"The host was very pleasant and quite thorough in explaining on the nuances of the property. Other guests were quiet although I was only there the one night while visiting family. The room and other amenities were clean. There are pretty gardens throughout the property as well. Note that there is only the bottom sheet and comforter on the bed and no top sheet, in addition although there are california shutters on the lower part of the window, but the 5 am sun lights the room up in the morning...

"We arrived at checkin time 4PM, were told it will take 10 min to get the room ready but it took 50-60 min. There was no apologies or update that it will take longer. The property has a dog which keeps barking. Suggestion from host was to keep curtain of one of the windows down all the time else the dog will see us and bark more. Then there was walking noise till 3AM. We were told we are the only guests on the property so am guessing it was from the host. Do not count on the host telling that...

"Love this place - check in took 2 seconds compared to 1/2 hr. at other hotels. Straight to my room and everything was clean, comfy, good wifi and tv. No coffee maker but a microwave and pop machine with snacks. Yes hallway carpets stained but not a Plus pets are FREE. Thank you for the no frills no b.s. check in. I'll be back!"
