Unique quaint 2 bedroom with kitchen. It was perfect for out fishing trip. Nearby Panguich lake is a blue ribbon lake with quality fish.

Property was under construction. When I booked it did say that the third floor was under renovation but because of that each room was bare of a refrigerator and a microwave. We had to ask to get a refrigerator. Staff was very accommodating and quick with that request.

The walls are paper thin. No shampoo in the shower. It was clean but the walls are so thin you can hear everything in the next rooms...You hear the voices and everything going on in the next room.

Area is nice, breakfast is decent, beds were clean. My little issue I had with it, I asked for no room service and put a do not disturb hang outside the door. They still proceeded to come into the room and clean it, move items around. Nothing was missing, but do what I ask please.

I requested a roll away bed and had to ask at the front desk. I was told it would be a very tight fit. I booked the room for 5 people so I figured there would be enough beds for 5. Also the shampoo was out and the bathroom floor was dirty.

The room was clean, at times when I enter a hotel or the room. It stinks like toxic cleaners. I use Young Living Essential Oils and all their products to clean with. Over 700 products are completely toxic free. I do it as a business. It’s so worth it to really clean with toxic free products. It won’t mess up your organs in your body.

The bathroom had blood splattered on the floor. The hotel would not give us a different room. The person from the front desk came to the room and sprayed it with an unlabeled bottle and wiped up the visible spot with a rag. The person did not use any personal protective equipment to clean up the blood and did not have anything to properly dispose of the rag. The person would not clean the entire bathroom floor. Since the hotel did not offer us a new room. I refused to stay in a room that had a potential blood borne pathogen exposure.

The room was very hot and did not cool down sufficiently until about 1am. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked loudly with even minor movement. It kept waking me up when I would turn over. The shower nozzle was covered with pink mildew/ aka Serratia marcescens which is a bacteria.

Service was great but the hotel needs some updates, the shower was so bad. Lots of marks and fingerprints, etc on the walls. Could use a deep clean! The halls were quite loud very late and for an extended time. The third floor is under construction so hopefully updates are coming soon. Breakfast was good.
