New, clean property, good staff, overall wonderful stay!

I chose this hotel for my birthday treat , and it was perfect! The spa was incredibly relaxing, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. The staff at the front desk and the manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They also put a little welcome and birthday cake in my room. Really appreciate it. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a really convenient place near the Ayala mall which has everything you need. The room was excellent and cleaned every day. The staff were also very helpful and we used the laundry service which was great. I would stay here again.

Lovely hotel - really friendly staff, variety breakfast selection, excellent spa and very convenient being next door to the shopping centre.

The room was clean and domestics are really hospitable and kind. The ground floor staff are very welcoming and very accessible if you fancy dining outside the hotel. It was fun we enjoyed our short stay. We will definetely come back and book next time we will visit Cebu.

Great place to stay in a very chaotic city

This was my first time in Cebu and I choose well. It suited me as it was close to both IT and AYELA Malls .. both were walking distance. The hotel was great with a gym and a jacuzzi on the rooftop which I used regularly. If I was to return to Cebu it would be my first choice

Good accommodation at a good price

Wonderful staff and service. The hotel is lovely, the bed is so comfortable, allowing and great rest, the shower is hot. Everything here is incredible, I would recommend this hotel to all 🙂

Very nice hotel breakfast was a little disappointing very much aimed at the local market

The Lex hotel was much more than expected. All staff polite, friendly and helpful. Lovely welcome drink which was much appreciated after an 18 hr flight. Room a good size, with a massive bed, tea, coffee, etc and a fantastic shower. Lovely roof top bar and pool. Food - breakfast a reasonable price £9. Buffet with wide selection. Lovely ambience. Lunch and dinner either in the restaurant or roof top bar were again amazing. Tasted wonderful and beautifully presented. Prices again great. Two...

Big rooms, I had a comfortable stay. Supermarket, shopping ,and restaurants at the ground floor.
