"The room was not super clean. There was a pair of underwater from the last guest in our bedroom. Also it was very dusty. Furthermore, the fridge smelled awful! Outside of that, the view was great! Staff were friendly and helpful! You can order food to your room using their app, which was also cool! Nice selection of tv channels as well."

"AC was noisy; the staff was generally friendly, especially housekeeping. We asked for extra towels and firm pillows, and were told there would be additional charges for these items, which was surprising. The lobby lighting, even in the daytime, was dim and a little gloomy, as was the lighting in the hallway on our floor."

"Terrible experience, book there 5 days with 2 rooms my family and for my parent. Left for a day and i forgot my wallet in my sling bag , came back and lost $1050 / stoolen , reported to the front desk , not even a manager talk to us, security staff assiste to identified this individual that went in my room, 1 regular staff and 2 on the job training, ask front desk if i can speak to the mananger they said not coming on week end . What the???. Hopefully this will Not gonna happen to the nxt costumer / guest. I was very confident that no one is goin in my room when i remember that i left my wallet cause we did not request to get room clean up. But they said they are still goin in rooms as long there is no DO NOT DISTURB SIGN hanging in door. My thought stayin in a nice hotel like this will make me feel safe and secured but my thought was wrong.. pls peeps that are planning to stay there be mindfull Of your personal belongings , some on got a magic hands out there. I am very disappointed on my stay. "

The Filipino themed buffet is a must…I had an early flight, and requested for a breakfast pack, which I very much appreciated…the pool area at the top of the building has a great view of the city…will definitely stay here again. "

"Suppose to be a 5 stars hotel, but services provided, doesn’t support that; All times I went out of the hotel, or came in, there was NEVER a bellboy at the entrance, to help with the luggage. On the day of my arrival, I had to take out my heavy suitcase from the taxi’s trunk by myself, since there is no one out there to help you. If by coincidence they notice you from within the hotel, they would come to help, but in most cases, it is too late… Executive lounge is nice. One day everything was fine, the other day, they forgot to put spoons and tools, in order that you will be able to take some food from the display. Even after I told them, they took out some, but still some of the dishes were missing those spoons. Has to be a regular manual, that they go by, to control the quality of all regular operations. No envelopes or papers in the room, a standard in 5 star hotels. Other than that, it was quite nice."
