"Rooms are dated and need to be refurbished. Our shower did not work properly. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold and there was no way to get a regulated temperature to take a shower. Tried for several days. Just had to try to shower between the spurts of hot and cold. Sink was plugged and we asked the desk to fix it but no one did. The rooms/ decks with the “sea view” really had a high seat wall around and there was no way to enjoy the view unless you stood up at the Edge. No view...
