"Das Objekt befindet sich (für mich) in fantastischer Lage, mitten in Ca´di Valle, DIREKT am Strand. Fußläufig sind Restaurants und kleinere Läden gut erreichbar, am Strand gibt es Lokale und Kioske; aber nicht ZU viele. Haus und Anlage werden von einem sehr freundlichen Hausmeister ständig liebevoll gepflegt, sodass man dem Haus und der Anlage seine Jahre gar nicht anmerkt (dürfte schon 20 Jahre alt sein). Der Pool war sogar Ende Oktober noch gefüllt und gepflegt, sodass man an warmen Tagen gut...
