"Me gustó el hotel, frente a la estación de transporte, el personal muy amable, el cuarto pequeño pero muy acogedor y limpio, la cama muy rica y tiene opciones de almohadas para los que sufrimos cuando no nos gustan."

"I don’t typically write reviews, but Bernini Palace truly deserves one. Everything was exceptional from the moment I walked in. The staff made me feel so welcome, personally escorted me to my room, and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. My room was extremely clean and comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. The service and attention to detail made the experience worth every penny. Everything about my stay was excellent, and I highly recommend Bernini Palace to anyone visiting Florence!"

Apparently- two Hotel Calimala’s. Our first room was unacceptable as I paid upgrade for a room with a view- no view! They finally switched us into a better room. Check out these things before you book your room. Very nice hotel- but expensive for what you get! They charge for bottled water after first...

We especially appreciated the very generous breakfast that was always served efficiently and with a smile. We would definitely stay again."
