"Staff is super friendly, genuinely kind, attentive. They go above and beyond to assist. The breakfast is delicious, delicious and delicious. Fruit is super fresh. I have stayed at their hotels several times, its always the same excellent service."

"Overall the property was extremely nice. Very clean and the staff are amazing!! Restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet was very robust. The only compliant we have is that the water temp was barely Luke warm. Made taking hot showers difficult."

"The club lounge is definitely worth the upgrade. With a very nice breakfast and evening cocktails. The week I stayed the beach was closed with construction machinery on it. I would’ve liked to at least been notified of this situation. For the beach the alternative is to go to one of the island beach clubs which you NEED to do your own research on, as it became abundantly clear that wherever someone recommends is getting a kickback from and this brings me to the concierge that recommended mine...

"Good Hilton property in the El Laguito neighborhood. Very good rooms and definitely book the club level. The lounge for club serves drinks and food in the evening. This is a good option if you don't feel like going out or paying for room service. The staff in every area is excellent. There are various pool areas and a beach area for hotel guests. I wouldn't call it private though because there were plenty of vendors. Lots of amenities throughout the property. A good stay!"

"My room had mold near the bed , in the shower , and once I spotted it on the pillow with a fresh pillowcase over it , I just stayed with a friend. The power went out due to a storm and the other hotels had power back but this property was a bit slow on it. No washcloths or outside light. This was the upgrade they so graciously gave me (single to triple)."

"I suppose I'll start with the good before the bad. The property, outside of the rooms is beautiful and really amazing. The birds residents and deer were adorable. The pool and spa areas are beautiful. There is also a cool, beach club area just for hotel guests. This is a classic Cartagena property in a prime location. Now the bad. Imagine my shock at the condition of the rooms and guest towers. The views from the towers should be epic. Except all of the windows are filthy. The rooms are small....
