No respect for other visitors

Where to start about this place, ... After a long journey we arrived around 9pm to two not so friendly reception staff.. who gave the impression it was hard work to even smile. They gave us a ground floor room being a couple in our late 40s. We got in the room to being next door to a family of 5 with 3 kids under 5! Not so peaceful evening lets say. We asked to change room which seemed yet another problem for the not so friendly receptionist. Was moved above to second floor. Rooms are clean and modern and balconys are big. BUT for 4 nights we were there i never really slept !!! Continuous loud young groups hosting parties with friends coming over on balconys, women screaming in tears, cooking fish with music playing at 3. 30 Am!! Apparently after complaining to the rude female receptionist its ok to ENTERTAIN!!! AT 3.30 in the morning!! No manners from her what so ever just kept saying WHAT!! for £340 for 5 nights of no rest and absolute noise i wouldnt say it was valve for money. They seem to host outside parties too for non residents so its free for all to have anyone coming into the complex. The place is a rowdy hell hole. If you want peace and relaxation dont BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Warning: don’t go without kids

This place was not advertised as a family hotel - we arrived and children were everywhere all day. Loud music from a “dj” was playing until late even without an audience. Probably great if you have kids but not if you’re looking for a relaxing time away.

Ha sido todo horrible Los recepcionistas, sin ninguna empatía, ni ninguna sonrisa... La habitación con muchísimas cosas para reparar, el enchufe roto, super peligroso, el mueble del lavabo del baño igual roto, las paredes con manchas en el techo....la TV super pequeña y además no se veía casi ningún canal porque se cortaba...la bañera, ducha horrible, la cortina se te pegaba a la piel ... Además anoche hicieron una fiesta en el restaurante hasta muy tardez y era imposible de desconectarse y descansar sin ruidos... No volveremos nunca!

Vraiment très déçu cette fois.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous y allions en famille. La première fois je suis tombé sur les appartements rénové, c’était impeccable. Par contre cette fois sans le savoir je suis tombé sur les vieux appartements. J’ai regretté ma réservation. Parking compliqué. Celui du complexe est payant 12€ par jour mais très étroit. Petit dej de qualité très moyenne. Clim bruyante et pas performante Balcon étroit avec des structures qui protègent les clims complètement ballantes et dangereuses car en métal Meuble de salle de bain qui s’effrite Des remontées d’odeur par les siphons, des lavabos et de la douche Un Ménage succinct. tous les deux jours pas de savon déposé dans la douche. Le balcon, jamais nettoyé Les bacs du réfrigérateur cassé les bouteilles tomber à chaque couverture de la porte Très mal insonorisé, il vaut mieux tomber au dernier étage pour ne pas avoir à supporter les étages du dessus Oubliez le wi-fi dans les appartements, il apparaît même pas dans vos réseaux, il faut obligatoirement se rapprocher du restaurant même les réseaux, 4G et 5G sont mal couvert dans cette zone. Eau de la piscine trouble avec souvent des gens bruyants et des jeunes qui chahutent Des transats pour la plupart éclater où l’on s’enfonce complètement, sachant que la toile n’est plus attaché à la structure. Bref, si j’y retourne, et ça m’étonnerait, ça sera uniquement dans les appartements rénovés et au dernier étage

Vi hadde et fint rom med stor balkong i 3.etasje med utsikt over bassengområdet. Fellesområdene og basseng er litt slitt og frokosten var ikke noe å skryte av. Bra beliggenhet med gåavstand til sentrum og de beste strendene.

Appartement rénové mais avec anomalies du type aucune prise de courant dans la cuisine. Par contre le reel probleme est le lit avec un simple drap donc si vous avez froid 2 options une clim reversible bruyante ou des couvertures pliées par terre dans le plcard sans aucune garantie d hygiénique Ragoutant !!
