"The staff was wonderful and the hotel is lovely - clean, unfussy in design, quiet, and great bedding. Nothing at all to complain about. They loaned me an adapter to charge my phone and they were friendly and helpful. My only issue is with the hotels.com app - I put a different area into my preferences filter and didn’t realize that I was booking a hotel in the wrong area. Nonetheless it was good to discover a new area which is great if you want to stay in a part of the city that’s non-touristy....

"I would not recommend this hotel as the main issue was the hot water. Frankly, it should not even be a hotel if they can not provide hot enough water for showers everyday. We travelled with a little baby and it was not acceptable to only have hot hot water on our first night. After that we were told other guests might have used the hot water and to wait 30mins. I showered at different times of the day and it made NO difference. My husband was til that because it was the weekend, people would be...
